FOUNDATION

  • 4 x small group foundation classes + 2 x HYROX sessions (Tuesday or Thursday)
  • Mondays at 17:25 and Wednesdays at 6:30 – clients MUST book with reception to secure their space on each foundation class.

Starting something new or getting back to the gym can be intimidating, that’s why Cyprium offers a foundation package to ensure you have the fundamentals to move well and see results in your gym venture. The foundation classes will begin with a warm up alongside the regular running class, so you can get a sense of the class format and meet some of our amazing members. A dedicated coach will then take you aside in a small group and guide you through the fundamental movements that are key to strength and conditioning. Each session will finish with a workout so you can put your skills into practice and get a taste of what’s to come!

The 4 sessions are:

  1. HINGE: Everything from a KB swing to a deadlift.
  2. SQUAT: Mastering all variations of weighted and barbell squats.
  3. LIFT: Putting 1 & 2 to the test as we take on the explosive lifts, the snatch and clean and jerk.
  4. GYMNASTICS: We’ll jump onto the rig and go through pull up progressions and kip swings
