Harmon high performance training is a sports specific strength and conditioning training system based on the principles of speed and the principles of healthy and functional human movement.

Harmon caters to all sports fulfilling all objectives set from part time to elite sport across all ages starting from 12 years of age. Team consists of strength and conditioning coach Thabang Sekomela currently working with the Olympic Relay squad and Cian Old Know South African Cross country runner.

The Harmon team is prepared for all needs and requirements that pertains to performance sport and has produced proven results over its history.
